We enjoyed our stay very much. The family run hotel has everything you need for an overall stay. Warm welcome and helpful owner ensured we got our stay off to a good start. We chose this hotel to go to restaurant Casa Poli that is only a five minute walk away. For that the location was perfect. Free, secure parking was a bonus. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Especially the Brownie. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We stayed here in April with friends while walking the Camino del Norte. The rooms are new (or newly refinished), clean, and nicely furnished. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. We ate a simple, tasty dinner and good breakfast as well at Rincon de Yaxu. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location - so peaceful. Watching the river, mountains and birds was just perfect. Room with huge balcony/terrace actually overhanging the water. Lovely walks too. The owners were wonderful hosts and the home cooked food was excellent. Hotel is simple but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lots of free parking spaces.

We stayed en route for Faro after a tough day cycling through the Picos. The welcome we received was amazing, the host went out of her way to help us, she was so accommodating and helpful. What an incredible place in the middle of the Picos De Europa, views were a highlight of our 14 day trip across the Iberian peninsula. We will be back to enjoy the mountains again. The property was charmingly decorated, clean, and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with great coffee and a fresh baked croissant. The town is also very sweet and has a lovely Mexican restaurant. So happy to have spent a night in Pendueles. Also- the price was very reasonable.

Fantastically located with some great mountain view, very relaxing with the sounds of nearby river. Accommodation is located next to a bar/restaurant but you cannot hear anything in the rooms even with the windows open, and the bar gets very busy at night. We came on motorbikes, there are some parking places that were empty, but even if not there is plenty of sidewalk parking that I'm sure no one would mind. There is nothing else in the village really, which makes it very quiet the restaurant is very well praised but we didn't eat on this occasion.
