Warm and friendly welcome by the owner who then showed us to our and explained how to use the shower and air con/heater and then showed where to go for the self service breakfast and where to find all the cutlery , crockery and food and to help ourselves to as much as we wanted/ Everywhere was clean and tidy.

The place has amazing interior design, fully furnitured with anything might be needed - sugar, tea, coffee, salt, coffee maker, toaster. Two air conditioners, one electric fireplace. Not only that - the medieval castle and huge gothic church is in nine minutes walk. The town is quite and beautiful. We were able to park the car right near the building and could see the car from the window. A perfect place, absolutely amazing especially incredible for this price.
