The staff are extremely professional and helpful in their day to day service. The hotel is ideally location 5 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from Gibraltar. Great food at the restaurant as well

Secure off road parking and very close to the port for getting to the ferry for Morocco. The reception staff were excellent, the hotel facilities were also really excellent with a pool, gym, restaurant etc

The room assigned for our family of four was quite cramped, making movement and relaxation a bit challenging. We noticed that some rooms carried an unpleasant smell of cigarette, which was quite off-putting. It's a pity because the breakfast experience was genuinely top-notch.
