The room size was excellent, it was also very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The location was perfect for us, just a 10 minute ride from the airport and walking distance to a huge supermarket and restaurants.

The staff is amazing, we are travelling a lot but honestly the staff in this hotel is extremely nice and friendly. The show for the kids and adults was very entertaining. The hotel is not super modern but the food and staff amazing 👌

We loved the view from our apartment, looking over the sea to the playa del ingles beach and the maspalomas dunes. It was very quiet and peaceful there. We were staying in the Flores apartments and the facilities there were great. Everything was provided. Washing up liquid, toiletries, extra towels, dishwasher tablets, tablets for the washing machine, plus a big bottle of water and a basket full of fruit to greet us when we arrived. We also had bread every morning The location was excellent with a choice of 2 supermarkets in the shopping mall along with a huge choice of bars and restaurants just across the road. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk away with a choice of buses
