Laura the receptionist gave us such a warm friendly welcome when we arrived soaking wet. She set up a drying rack to dry our shoes. The pellet stove was lighting, it was such a pleasure to come in from the rain to such a warm welcome. Good advice too on where to eat that evening

Beautiful garden and fantastic room. Lots of heating and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
A beautiful small town right on the Camino de Santiago.
A beautiful small town right on the Camino de Santiago. Full of character, lots of charming architecture, a delightful bakery with breakfast/coffee facilities and friendly staff. Also an hostel El Apostel in the plaza, with a kind owner who took us in late at night...highly recommended.
Everything in this nice, modern and comfortable hotel was perfect. Helena is the best recepcionist ever. So friendly and kind. With a smile on her face. He gave me and brought me on the first flor mini bar fridge full of different drinks. Wonder women. Helena, thank you very much for your smile and kindness. Breakfast was a royal one. All kind of delicious spanish products as cheeses, ham ibericos, breads and rolls and fruits.... The best hotel of all 20 hotels on my Camino since Saint Jean Pied de port. Evan from those with four stars.
Coming to this hotel after a long hot Camino walk and finding a smiling staff who just hands you your key and says they will check your ID later... And your luggage already carried up, waiting at your room door... I wanted to kiss the receptionist! This is my second or third stay here, and I have always been pleasantly surprised. Thank you Hotel San Martin :)
This is a lovely hotel - the facility is recently developed, and very nice, bright and clean. The room was large, with a luxurious bathroom, and very well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Laura who welcomed us in on the front desk. I'd thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay.
It's conveniently located just off the way. The staff were friendly and helpful ( the lady at reception carried my bag to my room a level of service I haven't received at more 'luxury' hotels on the way). The room was clean and the shower was hot. I just had coffee in the morning but breakfast is available.
Good hotel on a nice location in the city. The lady host was very nice. Perhaps a bit overpriced compared to other similar facilities. Breakfast was very basic and not included in the price nor offered by the facility as sometimes happens in this type of establishments.
I loved everything about this hotel!! the staff were extremely nice, it is clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms have new decor, well lite and very clean. the best part was the reflexology foot message and bathtubs both great for my tired camino feet.
Very clean, comfortable and well presented hotel. The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful. Little pool and garden a nice spot to relax. Good location in Fromista just 5 minutes walk to the canal and Camino trail.
Ideally situated just off the trail, this was a well maintained hotel, with a superb en-suite room and comfortable bed. The host didn't speak much English, but was friendly and helpful, and advised me where was best to eat.
Central location in Fromista. Parking for our Motorbikes very close. The owner was very nice and offered us a complimentary beer. Our room was excellent with great facilities and air conditioning. Good value for money.
Modern room, exceptionally clean, tea and coffee facilities in room. lovely large balcony.
Central location opp church.
Had a most enjoyable linch only 50m from hotel ( Asador Restaurante Villa De Fromista)
The hotel was right in the middle of town just across from the main cathedral and just steps away from the Camino. The room was very pleasant - and they had the nicest towels I've yet used in Spain!
There was no restaurant connected to the hotel but great choices within the block. The bedroom was filled with really nice antiques that made it feel special to the location
First hotel along the Camino that had a coffee maker in the room. Room was spacious. Nice outdoor patio area with table and chairs and area to dry laundry.
