Central location and easy to find if walking the Camino.
Hosts were lovely and spoke English. The room was large and very comfortable. Plenty of heating if needed. The bathroom was very modern. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very clean, central location, host thoughtfully left coffee and brioch for us which were very welcome after our camino walk.
Colunga is just off the coast and probably 2km to the west...
Colunga is just off the coast and probably 2km to the west of Hotel Los Caspios. It is a busy, nice little town with plenty of bars and eating places. The Church dominates the centre. There are a couple of ATMs there too, but beware, they charge for withdrawing, especially Sterling to Euros.
Great location and wry clean room! Very pleased with my stay. They have a restaurant that must be closed as it is off season. With that said, I have very little contact with hotel staff after check in. This concerned me as I was leaving my backpack for Correos but this was not a problem. They picked up my pack and delivered it. Look, this is a clean place close to a Mercado and restaurants so I would recommend it to peligrinos. Very clean, very comfortable and close to supplies! I do recommend it.
This is an elegant hotel in a beautiful country location. Our room was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable and the facilities functioned well. The common rooms are lovely, really quite elegant, the stone walls beautifully decorated and furnished comfortably. The terrace has views of both the coast and mountains and was a relaxing place to watch the sunset. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of delicious options. The hotel is close to the Camino del Norte.
As we are walking the Camino Norte this fantastic hotel was conveniently nearby and we are so glad we chose to stay here. From the comfortable room that was very appreciated after walking all day to the amazing food we ate in the restaurant adjoining the hotel and the amazing breakfast offered to us the morning after.....we couldn't have asked for more. The staff were wonderful and we thank you for a very memorable stay.
Absolutely charming one of a kind hotel built in an old house. Every room is different. Superior breakfast (11euros) served by the incredibly efficient and gracious hostess who also checked us in, personally showed us two different rooms, allowing us to choose (small room with terrace or larger room without). Nice sheets with embroidered edges. Nice garden area. Would stay here again.
This is a great place to stop during the Camino de Santiago. It is a good value for a room and bathroom to yourself in comparison with the average prices of other private rooms/hotels. The room was clean and spacious. There is also a bar downstairs with a nice pilgrim dinner (it's big enough to share).
Positives:
The hotel was nice from the inside and had about 10 free parking spots in the courtyard. The room was clean, bed comfortable, had 2 desks, 2 night stands, big closets, TV, hairdryer. No noise came from outside or neighbors.
All in all, it was an ok stay, nothing major to complain about.
Incredibly friendly staff and right off Camino de santiago. Rooms were what you would expect for a 1 star hotel, but a good value. Breakfast was 4,50 and consisted of coffee, toast, and fresh squeezed orange juice. We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet town.
It was a beautiful room with an amazing balcony, with a table and two chairs. I also love the hotel terrace was really nice, with views of the Pico Pienzu.
The host and staff were very nice and helpful
Very quiet area, located in the village of Colunga; restaurants/bars in a walking distance; free large parking lot; fast wifi; owner restaurant is open just for the week-end; comfortable room
Very nice setting with our own private patio. Close to the Camino in La Isla. We had a problem with the washer door and the owner came to fix it and make sure we didn’t have a problem later.
Excellent little hotel. Very comfortable and clean room. The bathroom had a bath tub, that was a nice surprise. The hosts are super nice. They also have a restaurant downstairs.
Walking the Camino. Perfect location in the centre of Colunga. Basic but clean and comfortable. Great bar café downstairs for breakfast. My 3rd time to stay and would return.
Nice hotel. Good restaurant. The staff was very attentive and responsive to our requests. The hotel was very near Colunga Jurassic Park. I recommend this place to everyone.
