Reception service was incorrect ( no feedback on our complaints) service at the bar, terras, and Bistro was very slow, and bad due lack of staff. Food in Bistro is far below par. The room is too small, no privacy in the bathroom. Shower in the bathtub big no-no. Waist of time as we used this hotel as a transit hotel, but the hotel was far away from the highway, and was not worth the detour.

The hotel grounds, building, decoration of common areas and bedroom are superb. The food was delicious and the staff very nice and efficient. The degustation menu at Bailara should not be skipped at 85$
