Very friendly staff and a beautiful old building functioning as a mix of cafe and B&B. We were greeted with a glass of sekt and shown to our very fine and spacious room that both had a bedroom and a living room (we suspect we were upgraded without knowing for sure). Best breakfast we had for very long! If you are biking in the area, they have a small closed yard for storing the bikes. Highly recommended

The most wonderful staff at a comfortable hotel, great location, and delicious food! We were warmly welcomed and immediately helped out with a few last minute (and probably annoying) questions we had. The restaurant was delicious (plenty of choice and quality dishes -- both dinner and breakfast). The room was spacious and with plenty of light.

Unique place with a lot of atmosphere, ideal to stay with a group of friends. Beds are comfortable, shower's hot. There's a large, solid dining table in one of the bedrooms. Kitchen has 2 electric stoves and a microwave oven that works, but I doubt you can grill a pizza in it. Better to go to one of the many restaurants in town - we can recommend Stadt Muehle across the river. Parking in the street was full, but there's plenty of free parking spots along the river, 5 minutes walking.
