It was a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced hotel, where the staff were excellent. I don't speak much German and they don't speak much English but little we did we managed to communicate quite well and for everything else there was Google translate.
Food and drink was great and well priced.

We arrived late at Ludwigsstadt train station and were no taxis at all, we contacted the property and the hotel owner came out to get us to take us to the hotel.
