Small nice kitchen, could make a small and warming fresh meal after a long travel without interest in dining out.
There is a well stocked REWE supermarket nearby and also a petrol service with much better prices than the Autobahn stations. Bed was comfy for one night. Shower good. You safe a lot compared to a stay in a hotel.
Parking very close to the entrance and reasonable safe area.

It is the second time I stayed at the Seezeit Lodge and it is simply fantastic. The staff is exceptionnally kind, the surroundings and the nature are splendid and the infrastructures are superb. Excellent food and fabulous breakfast.

Great outdoors more than the town itself, great walk around...
Great outdoors more than the town itself, great walk around the nearby reservoir or a visit to some major Celtic stuff. We visited the reconstructed village which in itself is an impressive build but listening to the guide, so much is guesswork, to be honest I felt the construction style could date from anywhere before 1000AD really. We didn't have time for the Hunnenring but I would certainly bring sturdy walking shoes. Not far north is Hermeskeil where the P.Junior aircraft museum is located. Again, no time during our visit but we'll be sure to make it a full day out.
