Christina and Thorsten who run the hotel that has been in the family for more than a century, are pleasant and helpful and make you feel at home. The food is excellent and so is the location, close to many eateries and also the monastery. I would surely come back to Rossle if I’m ever in Alpirsbach again.

We were in the guesthouse . Very spacious updated room with a balcony.
In talking with the owner they are closed Friday and Saturdays . Something to check on when reserving a room.
The restaurant was closed, but not sure if that was permanent.

The breakfast feast was amazing. We also ate dinner there and it was delicious. The staff accommodated all of our requests. The room was comfortable and clean. We arrived during a snow storm at night so wish we could have seen the property more since the photos of it in the summer look amazing.
