Excellent comfortable bed. Very hot shower with great water pressure. Very inexpensive, well stocked refrigerator in the room, and wonderful staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room. Cappuccino and coffee crema and large assort of hot tea brought to table. The view out ou the windows and from the terrace was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Definitely a 10 out of 10.

I arrived after a very long travel day The reception people were excellent, efficient, and informative They recommended Francs for dinner ad I was not disappointed The room was well furnished, comfortable and quiet. And the breakfast was AMAZING!! I will be back when I am back in Mannheim!!
