Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Excellent customer service mentality. Nice small hotel on the main road between Malchow and Waren Müritz. Cosy restaurant with regional fare. Rooms good, clean and sufficiently equipped.

The hotel is right in the centre of Waren and was yet quiet for sleeping. The lake was within easy walking distance and there was a garage where we could park our bikes. Breakfast was good and the receptionist friendly.
