Wonderful little hotel about 20mins from Weeze airport.
Wonderful little hotel about 20mins from Weeze airport. Great staff very helpful and room and breakfast was just perfect. The only downside was the main train line to Düsseldorf was under maintenance so we had to replan our journey but hotel helped with advice.
Located in nice small town close to the border to the Netherlands.
Nice looking hotel and with good design. Family room was spacious comfortable and clean and a nice a view on the neighboring part. Reception has limited opening hours but receptionist was nice and helpful.
Restaurant at the ground floor, independent from the hotel, has a nice terrace for drinks or meals. Though in week end was a little bit noisy with loud music in the evening but not too late into the night.
Overall good room for the price.
This spacious apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious, had comfortable beds and was cosy and warm (it was freezing outside). The terrace gets evening sun so it was a good place to sit and watch the sun go down. Located just off a major road, it was a convenient base to explore the area, in particular the Roman city at Xanten and Kevelaer. We took our own bikes and did part of the HeideRoute (heather route), taking us into Arcen. Overall, highly recommended.
Convenient for Weeze airport with a 20 minute bus service (No73) from the airport to the town followed by a 10 to 15 minute walk to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, a lovely quiet room and a garden area to sit out in and enjoy a coffee. The town of Kevelaer has a good range of shops and restaurants including a traditional German inn, the Alt Derp, and wooded walking paths between the hotel and the town centre.
I only went because I had to catch a plane the next day and it is 20 minutes by bus from the airport. Normal hotel to sleep one night. The bus stop for the airport and the train station are a 2-minute walk away. We took advantage of the time we had to see the city, which is very beautiful and worth it.
The town is more excellent than Weeze and the hotel is decent for a night's stay while waiting for your airplane connection. The lady at the desk was really involved and helpful, fast response, and solution-oriented. It's not the best hotel to stay at, but certainly a good value for this price.
The location is close to many shops in Kevelaer. Rooms are clean.
A nice, quiet stay.
The €6 breakfast is great. We ate breakfast here twice.
There’s a fridge in the lobby, where you can have a beer or two. You simply write down what you select and it’s charged to your room.
Modern room with a good bed, a large bathroom with a nice spacious shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a quiet surrounding area. Stayed for just one night and skipped breakfast, so I cannot judge on that.
Nice hotel with interesting decoration. Stayed for one night before my flight, so expectations were not great.
Yet a good choice. Location is nice, near the Basilica and the main street with shops and cafes.
Great Hotel. Excellent breakfast. Spotless clean rooms. Good bed and close to the centre with good eating and drinking facilities. Would stay again. With pleasure !!!
