The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Most spoke good English which helped us poor German speakers. Our room was spotlessly clean and full of character. It had a great view of the castle and a lovely balcony.
Breakfast was really good quality, it was served to the table in a classically decorated dining room. i.e. not a buffet.
The hotel is only a short walk into town an ideal location for walking in the countryside.
Overall an exceptional hotel in our view.

This newly opened 3-star hotel lies in the pedestrian zone in the heart of Wernigerode's Old Town, surrounded by romantic laneways and near the train station.
