It has a small, but beautiful collection of Gothic and renessaince art worth visiting in a local gallery. Small but very clean and smart city - really nice historical city center and lovely streets around. Picturesque Czech town in its own right but most important feature is 3 km south, nice walk or cycle, Terezin. This was a notorious Nazi site and also has important fortresses and other relics from earlier history. A day spent here is very well spent.DavidAustralia

Even if you choose a different hotel, just walk here for breakfast. The restaurant is very good - it makes up for some of the things that we didn't like. The room itself is quite pleasant. Parking is right on the city Square, where the hotel is located (free for the weekend). You can walk anywhere, and it's a surprisingly beautiful little town. The reception and staff are super friendly.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with a nice feel to it. The bathroom is also big and comfortable. The host was very kind and gave us a lift to the train station. Litomerice is a very pretty, quiet town, lovely to explore. By the way, I must have asked for a parking spot by mistake as we didn't need it, so I cannot comment on its availability.

It's also not far from the city, so we could walk to the main square for dinner. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures show. Exceptionally clean and everything needed (toiletries, towels, linens, coffee maker, cups, etc.) were provided.
