This is a rural ecofarm located about 30 minutes drive from Ceske Krumlov and Ceske Budejovice. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and I appreciated the good evening meals in the restaurant downstair (for extra). Wifi was good and I liked all the cats. I would return.

Great apartment and service. The apartment is well equiped. The staff was very friendly. They were ready to welcome us despite an ad hoc late evening reservation (half an hour before arrival). Much appreciated.

Great host and amazing food,
Needed to do some repairs to my motorcycle and the host was more than willing to supply the tools to assist in the repair, thank you (Top man 👍)
This property is a true gem! It is in a beautiful hamlet and quite remote.
With a car, though it is only a few (10) minutes away from Prachatice, where there is an Aldi and Kaufland as well as restaurants. If you like quiet places and unspoiled countryside it is well worth the stay. The lack of T.V. adds to the experience. Excellent for walkers/hikers.
The accomodation is basic but comfortable enough. There is a microwave oven and sandwich maker also, as well as a CD/Radio/MP3 player/bluetooth speaker also for guests' use. Also for guests' use is a large patio area with lounger, 'egg' lounger and table/chairs. There is adequate free parking also. The lack of light pollution at night allows for amazing views of the milky way on clear nights.
Ivana, the proprietor, was very welcoming and is a truly nice person-she was as helpful as could be.
Within 'Day trip distance amongst others are lake Lipno and Cesky Krumlov. Suggestion for food in Prachatice- 'The Black Bear'- Fantastic Duck breast (255CK) from their a la carte menu. We didn't have one but their Burgers look good too!
We originally booked 6 nights but stayed another.
A beautiful place to stay-the longer the better!
