The outlook of the resort is beautiful, I love the fact that it's full of trees, very big and nicely decorated. The swimming pools are also quite big, really nice and clean, and I love the pool bar. I like the fact that there are pools that are cater for kids or water activities and an upper pool just for swimming (no floaty/ rings etc). The beach is just 5 minutes walk away via an underground tunnel from the resort which is convenient. My room is very clean, spacious and with a beautiful sea view. The beds are really comfortable with nice beddings! The customer service is excellent, I was assigned with a personal assistant who would check on me every day to see if I need anything, big thank you to SARA, she is wonderful. Also, big thank you to KEVIN the staff at the hotel door, he was super kind and helpful. The food there is delicious, my kind of food at least. The breakfast buffet which is included in our package is awesome with great selection. I had a fabulous time, thank you!

The room was spacious and clean. The sea view from the room is nice too.
The breakfast was pretty good too with many variety and taste good.
There are many other facilities like the swimming pools, gym and free laundry.
The real gem of this place is its exceptional staff! During my stay, I made a careless mistake and lost my backpack. But the front desk team, Sweety, Mandy and Peter, went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. Their kindness, empathy, and persistence in making multiple calls to the shop and Didi customer service were truly impressive. I'm forever grateful for their help and dedication. They turned a frustrating experience into a heartwarming one!

This is not the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and once again I am sure that this is the best hotel on the Sanya Bay coast.
The hotel is located on the first line, and therefore within a two-minute walk there is a beautiful beach with a very good entry into the sea.
In China, hotels usually do not provide sun loungers on the beach, so it’s nice to “warm your bones” on the sun-warm sand.
If someone wants to hide from the sun under an umbrella, there is a great opportunity to relax in the shade and swim in the nice hotel pools.
There are fantastic foam parties for children in the pool.
In the mornings, the hotel offers a variety of breakfasts in the style of Pan-Asian and European cuisine.
After breakfast, you can go to the hotel’s mini-zoo and treat Borka the goat to a banana.
In the evening, you can enjoy a great dinner outdoors, listening to live music and cooking delicious dishes yourself in a boiling saucepan.

The room is big and clean. The view is great. The breakfast is awesome, my dad loves it. Self laundry is free of charge, which quite surprised me. There is a sitting corner outside so that we can chill while waiting for the laundry. There are also quite a number of eateries within walking distance. The beach is also within walking distance. There is also a mini library at the hotel lobby. Responses from the staff are quite immediate. I remembered I had a last minute railway station transfer request and the staff was able to attend to it and get it settled. During the stay, if I have any issue or queries, I can just chat with them via WeChat and my issue/queries will be resolved. A very big thank you to Volina (小娜) and Hong Tao (涛哥).
