It has a cosy cove and a quite retreat holiday with easy access with the 103 free bus shuttle into Interlaken was very helpful, leaving moist days every 30 minutes. The small shop there is adequate for essentials. We loved kayaking on the lake and has regular ferry crossing which is an added attraction. There are a few restaurants in the area which is handy. Iseltwald is a beautiful village near Interlaken.
Iseltwald is a beautiful village near Interlaken. But little away from all attractions and need to take a bus to go to Interlaken and takes around 25 minutes. Evening last bus is around 8pm and need to plan your activities accordingly Otherwise Iseltwald is a nice place and you get an experience of staying in a Swiss village!!!

Iseltwald is a small village near Interlaken (30 minutes bus ride) with the most breath-taking views. It was one of the most mesmerising and peaceful places I have ever been to. I would highly recommend everyone who plans to do things near Interlaken to visit/stay at Iseltwald.NATHANI - 10Scored 10

Beautiful location. Apartment was really great. Swimming in the lake in summer is special. The hotel overlooking the lake isa just a 1 minute walk from the apartment and has great food, Great Lake views and cold beer.

The apartment was light and airy, with every door a glass door opening to the spacious balcony. The furniture is tasteful and clean. The bathrooms were very good, the kitchen well equipped. Elena was a joy to communicate with and was very flexible! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay here in Iseltwald. PS: you will need a car if you do stay here, this gave us tremendous flexibility.

We had a car, but transportation was readily available in the event we didn't want to use the car. Our apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including parking. The check-in/out process was easy, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming - i felt like a local walking around the village, sitting by the lake soaking up the atmosphere and vibe.
