You need to take this place off booking.com because it will give your company a bad name. We have always booked with you so thought this place would be ok but it was very dirty with rodents in the kitchen. Food was left and not cleaned. The bathroom facilities were awful. We have taken pictures which are available if you need them. There were cobwebs and dust on the stairs. We slept in our clothes because the bed linen didn’t look clean.
There was only one member of staff, the owner who was extremely rude and uncaring. We wanted to leave the following morning although we were supposed to stay two nights and he started shouting and demanding payment for two nights. He claimed he didn’t know anything about booking.com. We tried to explain that he must know because we were from the UK and booked through booking.com but he insisted he had no idea.
Please don’t allow anyone else to have this awful experience.
In my professional opinion as a Doctor the owner has mental health problems with severe aggressive tendencies and he is dangerous.
I am surprised no other guests have complained. Please take this seriously .

Location was very nice and well connected to the city. Bus stop and train station and very close and there are few eating places also right outside the hotel.
They also provide a free bus pass valid in Lucerne, helpful if you don’t have Swiss travel pass.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent.
Hotel De la Paix is located in the heart of Lucerne, near the lion monument, at the entrance of the old quarter and 200 metres from the famous Vierwaldstätter lake.

The location of the hotel is perfect for staying in Lucerne. Only a short walk to the train station and restaurants. Everything was perfectly clean with daily fresh towels and room tidy. The breakfast was perfect, a great selection and lovely food to set you up for the day. All the staff were lovely and so helpful which was just the icing on the cake! Would recommend to anyone staying in Lucerne.
Stay at the historic, half-timbered Hotel Rebstock dating from the 14th century, surrounded by a lot of contemporary art, where the people of Lucerne too enjoy wining and dining.

We loved this hotel. The breakfast was superb with an excellent variety of foods
The restaurant at night was very high quality. Our room and bathroom were spacious and being on the top floor the lift was appreciated. Only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop or a comfortable 10 minute walk to everything. Perfect!
The 3-star Hotel DES ALPES is ideal for city travelers. It is located directly on the Reuss River in the picturesque, car-free old town of Lucerne right next to the world-famous Chapel Bridge.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were given vouchers to spend in their excellent restaurant. Room was very clean. The location could not be better - central and near all attractions.

This B&B is recommended is the whole place is occupied by a 8-12 people group. Occupancy by different, small groups of guest is less convenient due to the nature of the common shared toilet/bathroom facilities.

We were travelling by car, and wanted to be somewhere near Lucerne where we planned to have supper.
Huobschur is in the most beautiful setting. Natural paradise with clean air, exquisite views, beautiful bird sound, delightful donkeys and goats. And an extremely gracious, kind and accommodating host and his small team.
A total refreshment for our tired travelling spirits!
We loved the wooden cabin, simply and beautifully furnished with wooden furniture. Beautiful spacious room, very comfortable bed and great shower.
The breakfast was exceptional with homemade bread, delicious locally produced fruit yoghurt and muesli, delicious meat and cheese and lovely fresh fruit.
All great value for money. What a gem!
Sadly, we only had one night there. We will return as soon as we can. ❤️
