I asked the receptionist to call my friend to go downstairs to eat breakfast. She said their phone system is down. I said can you ask one of the staff to knock the door for me. She said"you can knock the door yourself". I don't know what to say....Also, when i ate breakfast, I asked some milk and they said they run out of milk. I cannot believe that a big chain hotel like this does not have any milk.

It was very clean and well kept. Given the current Covid situation it felt very safe. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and curtious. Parking is good and convenient.
