Breakfast was excellent. We had eggs and ham. Daughter had French toast. It was made and served hot.

Actually there was no breakfast and probably will never be. Booking.com should modify the add.
The owner said that they are in renovations but I just think that they do not want to offer any breakfast.
In exchange they gace us a paper bag with a bottle of water, small juice, an apple and a cereal bar.
There is coffee in the room and a microwave.

Decent price and it’s im the center of my location
Some history in the town. We like the walk around, just make sure you have good footwear. We mostly eat at the Hotel. Would imagine there are things for younger couples. We are both in our 80s but still find things, just not as loud or fast like 10 years ago. If the falls is open it is good for photos & even if closed you see a lot.

Grand Falls Gorge is amazing, and the downtown core is cute and worth a visit. The best thing bout Grand Falls is the country side in either direction there is jaw dropping scenery everywhere you look once you get off the beaten track.

Would have appreciated a room in the main building, no Wi-Fi in the cabins which were very small, and next to a busy railroad. I would not recommend this place. Didn't even have clean chairs on the deck of our cabin so we could sit outside. Did not meet our expectations.

I would not use this location if you have bad knees or difficulty with stairs as the room I had was on the second floor with no elevator and the tall, wide staircase was a challenge for me, especially when carrying up luggage.

Grand Falls needs a makeover. It is tired.
Grand Falls needs a makeover. It is tired. CBD under construction so maybe it will have some attraction afterwards. Access and egress from the highway to B&B was totally weird. Not the B&B fault - city / province fault. Restaurant meal we had was bland and not at all memorable in any way. They apparently have no seasonings or spices in the kitchen. And it was apparently the best place in town. I will be leaving restaurant review on their site.

A lovely town, with a great main street with lots of places to eat. Although the Falls don't have a lot of water on at this time of year (we were told the best time is Spring), the rocks were still stunning to look at.
We have stayed at this hotel at least once or twice a year driving through over the past 20 years and it has changed its name, used to be quality inn with pres du lac restaurant. The hotel stands up very well, maybe not as up to date as others but it was clean, beds were comfy, nice indoor pool and hot tub, air conditioning and a fabulous breakfast included. Even had a waffle maker, yum. The price was also affordable.
After 10 hours driving it was great to arrive. Staff so helpful, friendly and professional. It is in a great location just off main highway . The hotel has lots of amenities including a very well equipped exercise room that I did not expect. A nice little pub at night is a good choice and breakfast in the morning is quite good with quite a few offerings. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Will stay again.
Amazing staff! Cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. Exceptional service all around. I had a flat tire and the wonderful maintenance man saw it and offered to change it. I can not speak highly enough of everyone here. I will be singing their praises to everyone who will listen. The location is great, right in he middle of this cute town. Next to the falls, some of the rooms even have a view of the falls.
Very nice location. Our balcony was facing the falls - great view.
We asked for a larger room to accommodate a wheelchair. Room was quite spacious, including the bathroom.
Free breakfast was great. It was served in the restaurant of the hotel. Multiple choices from their breakfast menu. Very good food.
Clean rooms. Good location.view of the river. The breakfast was a hungry man breakfast. Best breakfast I have had at a hotel/motel. Huge and very tasty. The waitress Chantelle I think her name was, was awesome. Bottomless coffee with breakfast.
Well location near attraction “the grand falls and gorge walk”. Parking is free for all car parks around grand falls. Nice cozy room with very comfortable bed. The owner, Norma makes perfect and delicious breakfast.
The room we stayed in was good, powerful air conditioning, comfortable king bed, very clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good. From my initial impression of the hotel, I didn't expect it to be so good.
Everything was new and clean, very clean, I havnt stayed at such a week kept hotel in ages. I was driving across the country and this was my last stop before home, i almost wish i had to stay two nights
Such a wonderful staff, walking distance to the “town” such as it is…there is not much to do in Grand Falls, but the lovely staff and comfortable room, with great breakfast make staying there a treat/
Friendly welcome by Norma - very gracious host. Room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Walking distance to the beautiful little town of Grand Falls
The continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at any hotel. I also appreciated that after an error, the staff did everything they could to remedy the situation.
This hotel was very nice I would definitely stay with Best Western plus again in the future. As for the breakfast included it was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel yet!
