My only complaint would be the bathroom was alittle out dated mostly the tub
And next time id ask for a room away from a main door cause we had people outside our window all night drinking and walking in front of our window.
Value tho for what we got was great. Would stay again.

The Inn was a surprise, we didn't have any expectations but the room was a great size for a family of 4 to share and clean. Staff was friendly.
Total waste of money! We booked five rooms for one night and stayed only 7-8 hours. Our experience was far less pleasant than the expectations. All rooms were full of mosquitoes, floor tiles were broken, toilets flush didn’t work.

Great place for staying with family or friends.
Great place for staying with family or friends. There's an indoor pool and hot tub if you want to alternate between cold and hot. The beds are comfortable and clean. If you want to do gym, there's a good little gym with fair enough equipment. Also, the hotel is near to the mall, just needs a walk literally outside the hotel and there you are.

Unfortunately we were there for a funeral.
The city is beautiful and lots of places to eat.
Beaches are great.

i am not please with the Booking.com i wanted to stay 2 night instead of one Booking .com say i could not get a 2nd night called the hotel directly and they said there was no problem and we had to pay booking.com one night and the hotel directly the 2nd night
Parking was a requirement yet they charge you above the cost the room cost for each day parking
The hotel is old and the cost is high for a hotel needing work
the one advantage is the down town location

Yes out of prov. free parking ticket. If you take your time lots to do . There are way toooo many choices for eating . Unable to tour play house -graduations going on ,the legislature was in a controversial uproare and something was going on at Christ Church Cathederal so didn't get to see the interior esp stain glass windows. Fredericton is a beautiful small City feeling in a great downtown location along the St. John River. It is filled with restaurants, artists shops and other shops. There are amazing walking/biking paths throughout Fredericton. There is a Farmers' Market every Saturday off Brunswick Street.
We stayed in the hotel for a week. The staff is very friendly and provided a small fridge upon my request. They also booked a room not facing the highway as it was specified in my booking. The hotel has a great location as it's in a walking distance to a mall with a food court and many stores including Walmart. The housekeepers changed towels and moped the floor everyday. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi which we were happy to use. The gym room is small but it has everything that you need to exercise.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by a most pleasant employee who upgraded our room. We were on the 7th floor with the most amazing views of the river and the downtown area. Our room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. We had breakfast and a supper at the hotel restaurant - the food was amazing and the wait staff super nice and very friendly. We plan on staying here again the next time we travel to Fredericton.
A beautiful house in downtown Fredericton includes breakfast and parking. Angie is very friendly and made us an incredible breakfast! Pancakes with local blueberries and excellent coffee. She actually took orders for breakfast! This is a B&B not a restaurant! All the food looked so good. The bed was comfy and the room very nice. And a lovely front porch with comfortable seating!
We booked the Ramada so that the kids could play in the pool, which they very much enjoyed. The hotel is superficially clean and well cared for; things worked as they should. I very much appreciated getting a phone call an hour after we had checked out, but still in the city, telling me I had left my phone charger in the room. I was able to go back to get it.
Having stayed in a soulless and sterile chain hotel the night before, it was lovely to stay in a place with charm and character. The owners were super-friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Comfortable room and nice public areas. The location was perfect. I really enjoyed being in a historic home.
Friendly staff, spacious and spotless rooms, comfy beds, and a beautiful golf course-adjacent setting made this by far the nicest place we’ve stayed on our family road trip so far — and nowhere near the most expensive either. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
This hotel was great! The hotel lobby is stunning and if you're travelling with a pet, they put you in a wing away from other guests with easy access to outside which has a lovely walking path by the water. The room was trendy and clean. We enjoyed our stay!
Good continental breakfast. Shower water was very soft. Near by food was the best at Irving's Big Stop. Easy access to the Trans Canada Highway.
Room was very clean.
The motel is clean, comfortable, nice beds, nice TV, fridge and microwave. I stay often and it has all the room amenities of a big hotel but for a great low price.
This is second time we stay here,Nice hotel have dog friendly room,.price are very reasonable .Room clean and bed comfortably ,would recommend this please.
