Lovech is a beautiful city as it has its own history related to Bulgarian. Just visit the museums, old town, the fortress and don't get away from the traditional restaurants (there are really good ones).
At the area just go to Krushuna waterfalls, Devetashka cave and if get lucky and interested in, maybe you'll able to visit some hidden gems :)

We were late for just over an hour due to unforseen circumstances. We hadn't realised that the host had waited over an hour in the car park to make sure that we had a free good size parking spot for our large van.
He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. On reflection we should have given him 10 for excellent, instead of 9 for, superb.
We definitely recommend the apartment, and will fo back there when we are in Lovech again. The apartment was lovely.😀

Lovech was a charming town, with historic areas and surrounded by nature. If we stayed another day we could have explored all of the nature areas around which there was a lot very close by. It was a charming, quite historic town and would be great for anyone who enjoys culture, nature and relaxation.

Quite a nice town with an authentic feel to it.
Quite a nice town with an authentic feel to it. The old part of town, the covered bridge, the fortress and the city park are to be explored and the city museums to be visited. The region offers places one should make time for too - Devetashka cave, Krushuna waterfalls, Kukrinsko hanche.
Over all a traveler can have a really well-rounded 3 day trip here.

It's a nice small town with a lovely fortress and with a nice pedestrian area. Around you have plenty of caves and cascades that you can visit. There is also a very nice Eco Trail called Panega Eco Tail, 60 km away.

We were there for one evening and the following morning only. This was a stop on our way back to Sofia. A lovely village we walked around, enjoyed meeting people along the way (smiling and waving since noone spoke English), playing with dogs we met along the way. One puppy joined us on our walk for about an hour. It was great. We saw the covered bridge, and the fortress the village is faomous for. But I don't think there is much else to do here. But for a one night stop along the way, it was perfect.
The guesthouse is very good located in the old town and close to old bridge, traditional restaurants, shops.
The house is restored with very good taste and attention to the details, the rooms are nice and clean but very simple so do not expect luxury. The price is fair for what you get.
There is a nice view from the rooms.
The host, Mr Dimitar is very nice person and gave us so many information about the history of Lovech and surroundings.
Also he send us indications about how to reach the property so it was easy to find it.
Me and my husband had a wonderful stay. We got a very clean, spacious and comfy apartment.
The place has a very nice view for the river and it is well located.
The host is incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. He picked and dropped us at the station for free.
We really enjoyed and felt at home, even miles away.
We also extended our stay for few days.
We will definitely come again.
We highly recommend this place.
The hotel has a very good location, in the old city of Lovech, on the river side, very close to the tourist attractions in the city and also near to the tourist attractions in the area (Krushuna waterfalls, Devetashka cave). The personnel was very kind. The restaurant has good food, you can find good traditional Bulgarian food. The parking was in the front of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.
The location is exactly as in the photos. Very nice host, easy communication, parking on the street in front of the building, very close to the Covered Bridge and the citadel.
There are some aspects that could be improved, for example the access stairs, but they don't depend only on the host of this apartment.
The hotel is in the city centre, so all interesting locations to visit are nearby.
The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean.
The food at breakfast and overall dishes at their restaurant was really good in comparison to other restaurants in the city centre, which I sincerely do not recommand.
The apartment was perfectly equipped, everything what you need for a short or long stay was there. Free parking place in front of the apartment. The apartment was quiet, has a nice view to the river and it's very big. I would highly recommend it
Good location. Probably the best hotel in Lovech. We slept in most hotels in Lovech, there are not that many. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, they asked us what they can prepare for us. Our room and the bathroom were very spacious.
The staff was very friendly. The room was super clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The location is amazing! The look and feel of the house is definitely reflecting the old Bulgarian traditional architecture and interior.
Great location. Lovely building, parking space close, even tho it might be tricky in the narrow streets. Lovely building, old so it's not as spacious as some might desire. The bathroom is very small but it's perfectly fine.
