These views, location and wine is just amazing. That’s all. Better to book something else next time and come only for the wine tasting with only one friendly waiter.

This a fantastic hotel, set in stunning grounds with the river flowing behind the facility, nothing was too much trouble, our rooms were comfy and lovely and the breakfasts and dinners we had there were really good. We will definitely be staying again, and also taking more friends to this establishment, we really liked it.

Came for the views, stayed for the food! The views around the hotel are stunning, it's quiet and picturesque in the middle of the mountains and we could enjoy the view from our balcony. The food is sensational and reasonably priced, and the staff were very helpful. Would stay here again.

Very nice stay in nature. Great value for price.

The hotel is brand new with a very good location, right next to the Railway Station. It is easily accessible with a car from the main road from Plovdiv, it has a good parking lot. If you travel by bus, simply head south from the Bus station, take the street towards the railway station and there is an underpass approximately 300 m east of the railway station, which goes through the street and under the rails. Because I took the train, it was even easier for me - I walked across the rails, there was a path which came right to the underpass' southern entrance from the hotel's side. It is a bit hazardous to do it this way, but you have the option to go out the station's entrance, head east and take the underpass. The hotel itself is nice, cozy and clean. It is perfect for a business trip and the staff will give a big smile on your face. I have gone through a number of hotels, I have even worked in the hotel branch myself, and what I can say is that even 4+-star hotels do not offer the hospitality and professionalism I was given by the staff. They were kind, polite, and adhered to all of one's requests, they often went above and beyond to help me out. The room itself was a bit small, but it had a large and luxurious bathroom, so they took the absolute maximum of the building's potential. And that is not all. The pearl in the crown of this hotel is the restaurant. I am beginning to think that the hotel itself is like a tavern, focusing on the restaurant with the option to get a room and sleep in it as well. The restaurant is large, can accommodate a lot of people, and, even at the busiest moments, the staff would not make anyone wait for their food. You see, 21-25 May is Prom season in Bulgaria, and this means large reservations of 30+ people. On both days of my stay the restaurant was full and even then I, as a guest, was given a nice table and did not wait for my food. And the food itself was wonderful!

We very like the nature, the area, the hot mineral water, the spa area, the breakfast. The room was a bit small, but the bed was very comftable, no products in the bathroom

The staff were great - they have upgraded our room to an apartment (without a request from our side) with a fireplace. The balcony was spacious. We had only breakfast included but both evenings we had dinner in the hotel, and it was decent.
