Room was spacious, clean and quiet. We loved the decor and the view from outside the window.

A lot of space to ourselves and a separate space to sit and relax.
A good welcome with several welcoming touches - crepe, chocolates and wine.
The breakfast was excellent, fresh, plentiful and a lot of variety.
Comfortable bed and safe parking.

Apart from the smell, everything was decent. It's cheap and that's what you get. Price-Quality wise i would've been happy. But the smell was horrendous.

The reception staff were very polite, supportive and friendly. It was our second time at IBIS hotels. Their staff were super and service-minded. We got a larger room than we booked. I thought it was around 16mm instead of 12mm. The room was clean and bigger than I expected. The hotel has Gym, Table tennis and bars.
Situated in a residential area in Ghent, this hotel benefits from a convenient location a 2-minute walk from Saint Peter's Train Station and a 15-minute walk from the historical centre.

The hotel is close to the train station which is great if you want to travel to Bruges/Antwerp/Brussels and about 20mins walking from the old town of Ghent..the bed was comfy and the hotel is spotlessly clean...breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon alongside good range of cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurts and pastries all good quality...staff were really friendly and always greeted politely...there is a small room by reception providing free tea and coffee to guests.
This hotel is set at the Leie River in the centre of medieval Ghent, 500 metres from Saint Bavo Cathedral and a 2-minute walk from Veldstraat Shopping District.

The staff were great from the time we arrived. We arrived early and they had our room early. We were given a map and a run down of all the places of interest. The room was very clean and house keeping was great. The breakfast was nice with a good selection. The food in the adjoining Foleys bar and restaurant was excellent as was the staff also. The location was great a short walk from all the main sites , which there are many in Gent. Reception were so kind and even arranged a taxi to bring us the the train station for our trip home.
The standard of the hotel was good but we did not enjoy the layout of the room. We had not realised that the bed was against the wall which meant that my wife, who slept nearest the wall, had to climb over me to get out of the bed. We did explain this to the hotel staff. Perhaps such a room is more suitable for a single person. On a positive note, it was an excellent breakfast.
Lovely big room, clean, and well-furnished. Hotel was very helpful in enabling us to stay with our dog, and brought a lovely breakfast to a table outside so we could enjoy it there with the dog around. Handling of our potential after-hours arrival was done well. Hotel is in a fairly idyllic setting despite being relatively close to Gent and the motorway.
A nice hotel in a scenic location, but the staff were consistently indifferent towards the guests. Room was very dark. No tables available for dinner and we were not advised by reception at check-in to reserve for dinner. Outside guests that we invited to join us for breakfast we’re turned away by reception. At no time did the staff make us feel welcome
The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful and extremely enchanting location. There is a garden with trees and a pond. It is close to a forest.
The room was clean and tidy, although the overall design could have been better (this is especially true of the leopard-coloured carpet on the floor).
The bathroom is nice, modern and tastefully done.
Nice location for persons who like to be out of crowded city. Green area, nicely renovated old house. Room was warm, toiletries provided. Little fridge and coffee maker available in the room. As a special plus - self service wooden sauna rooms available in hotel garden.
Very charming hotel with an idyllic location. My so called "deluxe room" was nice and pretty comfortabel but could do with a minibar. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for corporate meetings. Good restaurant, beautiful surrounding.
The hotel contains multiple villas next to each other. Given that we rented four rooms, we had an entire building to ourselves. The rooms were big and clean and so were the comfy beds. The restaurant serves good food.
What i liked about my stay was the location and the staff. Plus there is electric parking spaces for electric cars. there was a great attention to cleanliness and the room and hotel were very clean.
The Breakfast was amazing. We booked the house on the side of the hotel and it was perfect for our family. It was only a 13 minuted drive to downtown Ghent. Lovely place and property.
The hotel is located in a beautiful area. It is quiet and full of nature. The rooms are very nice as well. It is dog friendly which is always a plus for me.
