Excellent place to stay if you want to be right in the centre of Banja Luka. Been here once before and as I remembered it. Very helpful person on reception who dealt with my one issue of concern. A modern hotel and good rooms. For eating in Banja Luka, Restoran Vrbas right by the river is good. Also Plan B restaurant. The nicest thing to do is walk along the Vrbas in the direction of the thermal springs. Good restaurant within 20 minutes walk of the springs.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms big and clean, good beds, the swimming pool was very clean and good enough size, saunas excellent. Breakfast was fresh and with enough options. Location is good, though you need a car or taxi to go to the center, but across 2 big shopping malls.
