Nightcap at Ocean Beach Hotel, hotel in Pearl Beach

Just a 5-minute walk from Umina Beach, Ocean Beach Hotel Umina offers an onsite bar and bistro. After a day at the beach guests can enjoy a drink and meal in the outdoor beer garden.

Violent, noisy domestic argument in the room next to us that took some time for anyone to do anything about. I had to call the security at the hotel to get a response.

It’s amazing how photos can sell a place. Basically the room was dark and small compared to what the photos looked like. It took five minutes for the hot water to heat up and you did not have to use cold water at all because the hot water was not that hot.

Palm Beach Bed & Breakfast, hotel in Pearl Beach

Situated in Palm Beach, just 1km from the beach and Pittwater, Palm Beach this traditional Bed & Breakfast boasts rooms with balconies, water views and en suite bathrooms.

We stayed in Avalon and Rudi's B&B for a family wedding: two brothers plus partners and children as well as parents. We were accommodated well with lovely bedrooms (four with bathrooms - the couple with the school aged children shared the one bathroom). The house is spacious and comfortable. A delicious continental breakfast is provided and access to the kitchen (but not cooking facilities) as well as tea/coffee was very handy. Great location in Palm Beach with a nice walk down to Pittwater through bushland right next to the house. A plus was the room upstairs with two massage chairs! A very pleasurable stay. Thanks!

    The beach is gorgeous.

The beach is gorgeous. Italian restaurant Amalfi very very good. Cafe & General Store shut. So you have to go out to next suburb to get food, a coffee, etc. Holiday rental shop also a good 12 minute drive away which is unnecessary. Wi-Fi password not given - it’s a numeric code, Accom failed to give it or return my call. Really not worth the money. Disappointing.

Pearl Beach is a gem on the Central Coast.

Pearl Beach is a gem on the Central Coast. A walk on the Beach or around the Rock Pools is always a treat. The lookout on the way to Patonga was magestic. I always love coming back to this special place.
