Good location but car dependant. VERY helpful lady on reception on arrival. Lovely hot showers, comfy bed, everything we needed. Sea view. Very quiet. Didn't use any facilities other than laundry. Not too busy...the BBQ was a huge bonus as was the rainwater tank. Lovely fresh water. Thank you.

Good location, walking distance to local shops and 40 minutes drive from Launceston. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need for a few days stay.
I rented the place for my parents while they were visiting us, and they enjoyed their stay.
We will definitely rent it again

The Cosy Cottage was certainly cosy as well as comfortable. It was surprisingly spacious and the wood fire heated the cottage nicely. The location was peaceful and lovely. We were delighted with the free range eggs and breakfast provisions. The kitchen was well equipped and the cottage had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at The Cosy Cottage again.
Boasting an open-air bath and views of garden, Domescapes in the Vines is a recently renovated luxury tent situated in Sidmouth, 35 km from Queen Victoria Museum.
It was a beautifully renovated cottage.
A good size lounge room and kitchen. The bathroom was extremely large with a great shower.
The bedroom was lovely with a very comfortable bed and beautiful linen.
One small issue was the curtain in the bathroom.

The place is nice but dont expect any support or refunds if something goes wrong. The smoke alarm started chirping at 1 am and continued all night. No one answered the phone after hours to assist. I was on a motorcycle road trip and had to ride tired for the whole day. The manager apologised but no refund or anything was offered. I recommend keeping clear of this place. Plenty of other options in the area.

It's clean, spacious, a bit run down, etc but the service of the staff (the owner) was terrible; slow, arrogant, and unhelpful. The location was 2 km or so out of town, which was a PITA. I'd have preferred to stay somewhere in town. The place sounded on lime like an eco-tourist place, but t was just another off-the-beat motel. I would avoid this place next time.

While the cottage was clean and everything needed was made available the decor was sadly lacking. We expected a tastefully decorated cottage that we could enjoy and to recommend to friends. Sorry but that is our honest reply.

A lovely outlook.
A lovely outlook. Visited the pilot museum there very interesting. Went to our accommodation at boat crew east. Fell in love with it. Went on penguin tour very informative and oh so cute. Came back to our cottage where we had ordered our dinner for us to cook from the cafe. Very tasty. And ordered a bottle of wine as well. This had to be done 48 hrs in advance through reservations. Breakfast was also preordered. Visited lighthouse next day wonderful view.
fantastic historic location. cottages have been beautifully preserved and well maintained. They were sparkling clean, comfortable & warm and cozy.
The museum and their fabulous staff made the history of Low Head come to life for us. absolutely amazing museum ~ it was a highlight of our visit to Tasmania. If the museum staff hadn’t been so friendly and passionate about the history of Low Head, we could have missed out on such a memorable experience.
thank you sincerely

Great little bungalow, separate from the main house, with covered outdoor area.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lots of extras: condiments, utensils etc.
Very quiet location. You can walk to East beach via the gate in the back fence - just a short walk across the golf course. The Low Head pilot station is directly across the road and it's a 1klm walk to the lighthouse. Great walking/running paths beside the road.
Where to begin, history, charm, perfectly manicured grounds? Low Head Pilot Station has it all.
Anita and Darren ensured we had a great stay. Check in was a breeze and we had dinner delivered to our house on the first evening.
The house was warm, cozy and well equipped.
The property is perfectly located for anyone who is looking to get out and explore the surrounding beaches and bays.
We will definitely be returning.
the property is situated in a quiet area across the beach and within walking distance to many other beaches. it backs onto a gorgeous farm where you can see cows, sheep’s, and the odd kangoroo. I loved everything about this place from the staff to the accommodations and views. it was perfect. I loved all the small quality touches in the cabins, really a fantastic place to stay.
- Ideal location for penguin seeing. Very close to Low Head Penguin Tour place. The scenery from the room is nice. Very close to the sea and can hear sea wave at night. Very close to beach, will be suitable for people who are visiting the beach.
- The kitchenette is well equipped.
- The cabin itself is stand alone, providing sense of privacy.
I loved the sense of space with the high ceilings in the cottages . All the staff were so friendly
The beds were really comfy and everything was so clean with plenty of extra towels The whole park is kept very tidy I enjoyed my Sunset walks along the river too The maritime museum at the pilot station a highlight of our Low Head stat
Historic location. The Pilot Station cottages are quaint and steeped in history.
The size of the cottage is more than adequate for a short stay to visit the area and the history surrounding Low Head.
The grounds around the Pilot Station are beautifully kempt.
The Pilot’s House is where we love to take visitors. It’s beautifully positioned at Low Head and the property is comfortable and roomy. Josh and Georgie went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay for us.
What a view we had from our cabin of the beautiful ocean. Excellent location. The staff were fantastic and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning.
