The locations is great, just 10 minutes drive from the springs, we booked this property to relax there after our visit to the springs. The concept is great. We enjoyed meeting farm animals - alpacas and ponies.

We were given an old dated villa with slippery outdoor tiles and I had a terrible fall which destroyed our celebratory holiday. Staff showed no care or concern. I would never stay here again. Imagine many book thinking they are in the main hotel and then put in different accommodation older and far from main resort. Very deceiving when booking online. Overall a huge disappointment and we could have gone anywhere in Australia. Highly recommend you clarify what you’ve booked to avoid disappointment upon arrival. Asked for at least one nights refund or swap to main resort. Neither occurred. Very poor customer service and overall disappointing - no one should be staying in old rooms with slippery balcony tiles. Extremely dangerous for elderly travellers.

We had a wonderfull stay at the RACV Resort Cape Schanck. Stunning scenery of the bay and beach. Great walks around the facility. Pools, spa, tennis courts, golf, kids play area. No need to leave the resort!
Beautiful views from the Cape Schanck lighthouse- approximately 4 kms walk, good exercise. A visit to the Peninsula Hot Springs is a must.
The meals from the dining room were excellent. A good variety to choose from.
Very easy to take a trip to Rosebud or Sorrento. Highly recommend the resort.

A perfect weekend getaway one hour from Melbourne CBD.
A perfect weekend getaway one hour from Melbourne CBD.
The nature is just fabulous out there, and there are activities of all kinds to satisfy nature lovers and foodies.
The Peninsula hot springs are fantastic, especially when avoiding peak times.
So cute to have wallabies and roos wandering around, and spot fur seals and other wildlife.
The ice-creamery in Flinders is a killer ;-)

Room was great, the bed was very comfortable and roomy.
Room was great, the bed was very comfortable and roomy. We ate in the dining room, and the café. Food was good but could have had more variety especially for lunch time. Breakfast was great. Location was good easy access to Flinders and the Mornington Peninsular. Swimming pool was very clean and inviting. Gym was well equipped.

Staff looked unhappy.
Staff looked unhappy. Resort has great facilities,, including best breakfast buffet.
But management needs to ask why the place seems a bit disorganised and staff seem stressed.
Golf shop staff are great.

It was very unfortunate that the weather was so bad, heavy raining when we arrived to check in, so we didn't get a chance to explore the resort, also our room is not in the main building which we have a few minutes drive to our room.
our room and bed were comfortable, we were given a lovely bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary in our arrival and a friend had organised the hotel to have a cheese platter waiting for us as well. this was a beautiful surprise and organised well by the hotel. amenities were great, hotel was easy to get around, parking was great. we didn’t eat breakfast but got take away coffee which was great. service was wonderful by all the staff
It was such a pleasure to stay with Julie and Damien at their gorgeous boutique hotel. They were so warm and welcoming to both us and our doggies and nothing at all was a problem. They went above and beyond to make out two night stay an effortless pleasure and we cannot wait to be back. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing fur-family friendly getaway!
We enjoyed the privacy that the Ocean view villas offered. Room was very spacious, comfortable bed , & clean. And it was a bonus to have the use of a laundry.
The hotel was was very impressive with its smart design & decor. The restaurants & staff were both wonderful. And last but not least the pool & spa area was well worth spending a few hours at.
Quiet location with magnificent views, warm and friendly hosts. Damien and Julie were great hosts and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.
