Plenty of space and good amount of kitchenware and utensils. The place was nice and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all. Very nice house overall.

Fantastic place if you like wildlife. Right in the heart of the rainforest we watched birds on the balcony eating chopped fruit, sugar gliders eating tree sap in the night viewing area and saw and heard various animals. Very comfortable and tranquil place.

We stayed five nights and were superbly looked after by the private owners and all staff. Very conveniently located and fantastic friendly service. Within walking distance of almost everything but quiet. Thoroughly recommend it if looking for a base to explore the Tableland.

I liked the meal and wine at the pub and the walk along the old railway line the next morning. If you're a rail trail fan you can ride all the way to Herberton (although it's a bit rough in places) and all the way to the next big town in the other direction.

Atherton is beautiful full of history.
Atherton is beautiful full of history. Atherton is a great place to base yourself to see the surrounding areas from. We found out after we had booked for only 2 days that most of the small towns around the area are only like 30-45 mins away bit sad we didnt stay longer. We could of stayed a week so we could of seen more. The lady and gentlemen from the Historical Society are so full of information about the area and surrounds it was amazing. Would highly recommend a visit to the Historical Society first when here to learn about the area the plan your visit. As it was this lady that told me about a little town called Irvinebank which We did visit.
Robert was so proactive in making sure everything was exactly as we needed.
Robert has made a brilliant destination to use as a base to drive around all the Tablelands has to offer.
We enjoyed a few days letting us catch up with friends without stress or any concerns.
We will have to go back because he has lots of plans to improve and include extras.
We look forward to enjoying the view from the planned seating watching sunsets in peace.

A great house, with everything we wanted, plus lots more. Lots of room, everything wanted in the kitchen, good dishwasher. Good washing machine and clothes dryer.
Good location in Atherton for exploring the Atherton Tablelands. Not too far to other places, in any direction.
Close to the shops, and for eating out.
This was our second time staying at Lilly Pilly House, and we hope to return again. We had a wonderful week.
The location was excellent for exploring the tablelands area - towns such as Youngaburra, Mereeba etc and the waterfall circuit. Plenty of options for shops, restaurants, takeaway in the town of Atherton and It was a bonus to have a roadside fruit stall opposite the motel.
The owners are a small family and very friendly and helpful during the stay - good ol fashioned hospitality.
Beautiful and tastefully renovated Queenslander. Very spacious. Bed was comfortable, loved the shower in the bathroom, outdoor seating provided. Clean and all the equipment necessary for an enjoyable stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely would book again and will highly recommend this property for anyone staying around Atherton
We were so disappointed we took one look at the unconditioned room it was a hot day and dead garden we decided to loose our money and went and booked a motel with air conditioning and a garden that wasn't dead. The photos did not match the location. We were ripped off. Nobody was on site to talk to.
Very disappointed ☹️
Reallocated the Family room which was large and airy. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Location in the centre of Atherton was great. Even though it is at a pub, the room was in a secure area and quite. Staff were great when we approached them about the room we had been allocated initially being unsuitable.
A spacious house with great amenities for cooking. After the previous 9 nights in a hotel we enjoyed 2 nights cooking our own dinner. We also enjoyed the excellent laundry facilities which was the main reason we changed our booking to this one. Great location and easy off street parking. Great wifi also.
Incredible!! Absolutely can’t fault this place. Friendly, helpful staff! Beautiful clean common areas & cabins. Food trucks or live music every night of our stay. Most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Beautiful grounds. I never leave reviews but this place deserves the credit!! 10/10.
The location is central on the Tablelands and the staff are super friendly. The family room exceeded our expectations and now wished we stayed a few extra days to really relax.
Beautiful location a close drive to centre of Atherton. Outside area was so relaxing. A comfortable and welcoming home! Great to have secure enclosed parking.
