A great little town with so much to see in the town plus in nearby areas. The bakery, Gold Museum and gaol plus so much more, 2-3 days could easily be spent here. Being autumn time, the tree colours were magnificent.

Beechworth is a great place to visit at any time however, in autumn the colours are spectacular and as a keen photographer, I had plenty to photograph. There are also many activities in Beechworth and it's surrounds to have something meaningful to do every day. The weather was delightful.

Never enough time to see Beechworth.
Never enough time to see Beechworth. Easy walking to the different amenities. Very historical town and well worth the effort to see what is on display such as the court house, Burke Museum. Great eating at night time in the bistro at the Hotel Nicholas, but book ahead as it was flat out. Meals were amazing and well priced.

Been to Beechworth before but it is just delightful especially in Autumn. Nice lot of shops and walks if you like. Just relaxing in the sun is always good. Lots of history to explore if you like. Lots of good cycling too if that's your thing.

Great shops to visit and a good variety.
Great shops to visit and a good variety. Prices were high, dont know how locals can afford to shop there
Pub meal disappointing, expensive, underwhelming for what you paid, (Hibernian Hotel) other hotel (Empire) was not open.this was a sunday night, thought it unusual as plenty of tourists there..
We loved the location, building and surroundings. It is stocked with tea, coffee, milo, milk, breakfast cereals and juice. The shared living area is quite spacious.
The beds are small and firm but quite comfortable. There are extra blankets in each room.
The rooms and hallways are delightful and timeless.
The shared building spaces are light and airy.
It’s a great location from which to explore Beechworth. The Saturday market is a not to be missed experience.
Check in and out is easy.
Cabin was super cute! The bed was really comfy & it was great that it was fully self contained with a kettle, toaster and microwave - a coffee in bed each morning looking out into nature was luxury! The park itself had a very in nature feel - not at all commercialised - there was a cute little playground but none of the typical 'jumping pillow' style stuff that takes away from the beauty of camping. I loved our little deck and ability to have a campfire.
Clean and tidy room, breakfast included was very generous and we appreciated not having to go out for breakfast! Room was super cosy, a bonus if you visit in winter. Complementary biscuits to have with tea/ coffee was also a very thoughtful addition. Just a short drive into town for shopping, restaurants and all the sights of Beechworth was also great.
It was our second stay at Beechworth House in 7 months. The property and the hosts are excellent. The country garden atmosphere is very relaxing. The full breakfast is delightful. We enjoy exploring the Beechworth area and Beechworth House is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed our time there, especially with our Cocker Spaniel Hugo.
What an amazing place to stay. The grounds around the hotel were beautiful. Even the bunnies hopping in amongst the trees.
We were on the third floor and had a wonderful view from every window. The room was excellent. We would come back again and have the same room. Loved our stay.
Thank you.
Twelve on Albert is superb boutique accommodation well located in Beechworth. The entry - foyer and communal lounge area was elegant. The room had lovely decor, was clean with a comfortable king sized bed, quality product and luxurious robes.
We highly recommend Twelve on Albert!
Gorgeous comfortable cottage just a few steps away from the Stanley Pub. Very roomy bedrooms and our bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Two bathrooms and a washing machine too. We plan to stay there again.
We really enjoyed our stay at Beechworth, the reception lady was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The scenery and outlook was very picturesque and it's really quiet area of town.
The location was perfect for me. Could walk everywhere I wanted to.
Dinner at the hotel was very good, in fact quite interesting with all the different toppings
to choose from for the schnitzel.
Gorgeous caravan park with a lake and lovely trees, a short walk into Beechworth. Very quiet. We stayed in a cabin - the heating was greatly appreciated and the kitchen facilities were good too.
Basic decor but was exactly what was stated and perfect for one night stay in the area. Close to the town of Beechworth and beautiful surroundings. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable.
Lovely little hotel where the hosts make an effort to make you feel welcome. Great facilities and while a little bit out of town it's a lovely and easy walk in.
