Worgl is an amazing little city in Austria!
Worgl is an amazing little city in Austria! Its very close to ski resorts and places for night sledding. They have good food too with the only issue of restaurants closing early ( i think its due to COVID) . The town is very easy to get around if you essentially find the two-three main streets. They have really nice and clean streets and many services in English for tourists. Very kind and friendly people too!

We arrived during a quiet time and had the town basically to ourselves. We were treated well and enjoyed walking all over and meeting shopkeepers and staff. Beautiful area - only sad our stay was so brief.JonUnited States

Also the Internet in the room was very good, and there were power outlets and USB power outlets right next to the bed. The room had a small table and two comfortable chairs. There were maps of Wörgl available, there is a fridge with some drinks in the lobby, and if one searches long enough, there is a place to make tea. (Each room has a coffee machine, but the place to make tea is in the lobby and quite well hidden.)

You can walk down to the town via a delightful path through the forest. The path is well marked and easy to follow. The local bus service stops near the hotel too. The breakfast room has very nice views across the valley and the hotel restaurant serves very nice meals.

Train from Wörgl to Kitzbuhel was about 30 minutes. Bonus-- Anya, the woman who runs the bed and breakfast was so lovely. Very comfortable room, well equipped and quiet, friendly pleasant staff all packaged together with a bar / restaurant frequented by the locals. I had an excellent dinner served in the bar (as it was very hot and I didn't want to sit outdoors).
