Eu am anulat rezervarea pentru ca nu am mai putut ajunge la ora stabilita. Este remarcabil faptul ca, desi am anulat rezervarea, hotelul nu a luat la cunostinta totusi de acest lucru si au incercat sa fie prezenti si dupa ora de finalizare a check-in-ului, au pregatit camera, au incercat sa ma contacteze, au fost extrem de amabili si imi pare rau de confuzia creata. Consider comportamentul lor deosebit de amabil, motiv pentru care recomand cu incredere acest hotel.
