The property is very well managed, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was absolutlety delicious, the staff was very kind. Location is very central, yet tranquil. Airport is close, at the earlier hours of the morning we arrived for just few hours of sleep and rest and it was worth it, after taking the breakfast we left the hotel for our tour in Armenia fully energized. I would highly recommend this hotel.

If you never been here, you know nothing about real breakfast! It slowly transforms to lunch, be ready for surprise haha! :) National music plays in the restaurant, complementing the atmosphere.
This hotel is like a museum, full with nature and creative details together in harmony. Trees in bloom at night in the yard and different art objects around - it's a fairy tale!
Clean and comfy room is not the only place you’ll spend time here. Don’t forget to look for art in the shop, handwork is great and prices are good.
If you want to plunge headlong into the culture of Armenia, this is the place for you! Great people working here!

Artur is a completely dedicated host and wonderful person! I stayed for only one night and regret that I didn't for longer.
Perfect if you come off the flight or are staying before a flight. Vagharshapat is much closer to the airport and easier to get to than big Yerevan.

We liked the kettle, cups and tea in our room. The staff was lovely and the breakfast huge and very good.
The unique location was fantastic. The hotel complex included a whole art and culture exhibits and demonstrations.
It was very close to the main complex of religious building and museums in the town. Easy street parking.

I suspect most folks visit as a day trip from Yerevan. We found this to be a great place to base ourselves. Not only to see Etchmiadzin, but to go to the Sardarapt Memorial and Museum, the Yazidi Temple (astonishing) in Akalnich, Zvartnots, and the Musaler Memorial. So much to see in this area.
