Situated in Geres, in a historic building, 700 metres from Geres Thermal Spa, Chalet Villas Gerês is a recently renovated villa with an outdoor swimming pool and garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Rooms are equipped with a balcony with mountain views. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Susana and Tomás were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly, they made our stay as comfortable as it could possibly be. The property itself is brand new and gorgeous, and the surrounding area of Gerês and beyond was just amazing to visit and explore. Very highly recommended.

Natur Waterpark is 25 km from Muas Guest House, while Douro Museum is 38 km away. The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro, 95 km from the accommodation, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. What a view! We got a balcony room overlooking the mountain and towns below, as well as the pool and cute bar area downstairs. The room itself is quite small, but the bed was great and we really stayed here to be near the scenic area and Fisgas de Ermelo, the truly epic waterfall within a 20 minute drive of the property through the beautiful mountain area. The host was great, friendly to talk to and gave us some great tips (plus a quite good affordable bottle of wine for the evening). Make sure to bring dinner with you or stop before you come for the evening as there is nothing in the immediate area. Breakfast was quite good too. There is also a pool and hot tub, although it was too cold for us to use those (even in July). Overall, if you're driving through the area, it's worth a stop!

To top it off, the homemade breakfast was a delightful treat, making the overall experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of hospitality and comfort in a picturesque setting.

The apartments are clean and cozy with all general purpose things you could need for your stay. The surroundings are amazing, forests with mushrooms and trees. Also great for kids to be able to learn about farm animals and rural environments.

Free WiFi is featured throughout the property, and air conditioning is available at some units. I like the property it was so bright and green right in mountains and has amazing swimming pool and place to park the car.

The chalet consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a bidet and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are offered in the chalet. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. This place is fantastic, first line from the sea with excellent views. The accommodation is very well equipped and very comfy, with private parking. It far exceeded what we expected. We will be back.
