Chalet Maria Interlaken is a traditional Swiss chalet with a garden, located in the heart of Interlaken. The apartment is only 250 meters away from the nearest train station and other public transport. clean, facilities in room are perfect. Although it is no air conditioning, still good in early June. excellent view from room (Room No. 1) including mountain and nice river. Hosts (Marco and his wife) are very helpful. Actually, the room size is big which can accommodate my family (three persons). I love the balcony which facing the mountain and river. Showering and kitchen facilities are perfect too with enough water pressure and hot water.

Each apartment has a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or the Jungfrau Massif. Free Wi-Fi is available. An excellent accommodation in Interlaken. Short walk from Interlaken West train station, near stores and groceries, but still a quiet area. The view from the property is great (you can even see people paragliding). The instruction of the host for luggage deposit and key collection is very clear (they even have marks with your name on to lead you on the correct way). The host is very responsive. A good place to experience a local Swiss chalet.

I mean, you are staying in a chalet in Switzerland. So much to like: —views!! of waterfalls from living room windows and porch —lofts and bunk beds for kids (fun!) —warm and cozy —they have a fondue set so we went to grocery and made our own cheese and chocolate fondue both nights. —location is very good to main part of town, can walk to or drive —free parking in front of your private entrance. This apartment is on top floor, owner lives on bottom floor. —sauna in front, plus a fire pit and outdoor dining table —owner was so genuinely kind and nice —laundry facilities available downstairs in technical room (shared with owner) —loved the natural wood throughout —there is a cute treat cart in the entry way where you can leave money for something you want to buy —while the bathroom is small, totally sufficient and the shower water and pressure was nice and hot (and we had 5 people) —good price and space for a family rental comparatively to others in the area! —all the chalet and cabin vibes!

Housed in a building dating from 1920, this apartment is 1 km from Staubbach Falls and 11 km from Wilderswil. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. It is hard to find the address because there is no number sign but finally via fotos we found it. Ben is very friendly and reachable by phone. The location and place is top! The view to the waterfall is wonderful and amazing. We will come back!

Small beautiful garden with green valley views with yellow flowers through the windows. 5-10 min drive to DDLJ spots in Saanen (4 km). 5-10 min drive to Indian restaurant and Panaromic View train stations. One can also get a direct bus to cable car spot at Glacier 3000 (Les Diablerets) from the same station. Early morning walk with sunrise view, chirping of birds and continuous tinkling of cow bells in background. Very friendly hosts who took care of all needs and explained the facilities well. Also gave us idea about surrounding tourist places. Worth mentioning cute pets (a dog and a cat) who welcomed us and accompanied during walks as if they know us from ages :) Overall wonderful stay.

Offering garden views, Chalet Ribi is an accommodation situated in Grindelwald, 3.1 km from Grindelwald Terminal and 40 km from Giessbachfälle. We came to Switzerland for our honeymoon and stayed at Chalet Ribi while we were in Grindelwald. Prior to arrival, the host was easy to talk with, responsive, and helpful. The space was clean, there was a separate bedroom, and the views from the balcony (onto the Metterberg peak, we think) were gorgeous. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. For example, I used the tea kettle and mugs every day. The water pressure in the bathroom was great and the water was hot. The bathroom floor was even somewhat heated and cozy. We came during the offseason, but Grindelwald was packed for some reason. We were pleasantly surprised that our building was quiet and peaceful. It felt isolated, in a good and safe way. The sauna on the balcony was incredible, especially after a long day of hiking. We loved the beautiful church bells, and on Sunday, they played for a full 15 minutes -- it was a magical sendoff! If you're looking for places to eat, please go to Hotel Alpenblick around the corner! We went there THREE TIMES during our stay, and it was cozy, delicious, and left out bodies feeling good. Get their soups, "Cocotte Alpenblick," and their warm chocolate tart. We also loved their seasonal menu -- they served a lot of local game. Around the area, we went hiking from the Pfingstegg gondola to Berghaus Bäregg, but the cablecar was not covered by the Jungfrau pass. First Mountain is nearby, and there are a lot of popular hikes up there -- we went to Bachalpsee Lakes -- but we LOVED the mountain carts and highly recommend. We also had an easy time taking the train and other cablecars to go hiking further away in other areas. Grindelwald was a good center, especially since we liked the town's personality better than Wengen's, Murren's, or Interlaken's. Overall, Chalet Ribi felt cozy and romantic and was perfect for us, both as an accommodation and as a center in Grindelwald.
