The variety of wildlife was amazing and we saw many dolphins as the name of the lodge suggests. We were expecting the Amazon the be hot and full of bugs. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice temperature during our stay. There were no bugs during the day and a little bit of bug spray was all we needed to feel comfortable at night. Less bugs than camping around Rio de Janerio! Overall the Amazon was a safe and comfortable trip and we would highly recommend Dolphin Lodge!
