The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect as it was close to the city centre, Victoria Falls, and other attractions. The lodge had excellent facilities, and the swimming pool was very convenient. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and had an extensive range of options to choose from. The lodge was beautiful, and the decor was moderate. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay there again.

The property exhumed luxury. The finest attention to every detail. The hosts and staff were incredible insuring we had the best time and stay. They booked all our activities at the desk and even helped celebrate special birthdays with cake and song. The rooms are very comfortable and the food delicious!

Guys, I am a frequent traveler for business and private...usually stay at 4* hotels...but this place...outstanding! Warm welcome, super friendly staff, helpful and supportive way beyond expectations...STAY THERE FOR DINNER!!! first class food..small menu, but fresh and cooked to perfection ... the duty manager Paida was a blast! she managed everything , got me in contact with Austin, the driver (must get him!!!! he's the best), and didn't delegate but was onto of everything that was going on...congrats to the owner to have such employees!!!!

this place is just wonderful! the staff are so lovely and friendly. the lodges are perfectly equipped, very clean, and have everything you could need: fantastic wifi in rooms and common areas (great for remote working), large bed, bathtub and shower, ac, mosquito net, great storage space for luggage, etc. the pool is a great addition and there is also a common fridge + cold water dispenser on property which means you don’t need to purchase water. the location is a little out of town ($5 in a taxi each way) but it didn’t bother me. they also have many brilliant breakfast options - including for vegans. i was spoilt for choice.

The room was lovely and the bed was amazing. The air con and fan above the bed worked well. The staff helped me prepare a birthday surprise. Easy $10 taxi fare into town and the falls. Staff also helped coordinate transfer to/from airport along with booking say excursions. Balcony was a great size. Easy access to dining. Beautiful layout of wooden flooring built around trees - felt like a true lodge. Would stay again!

Incredible! We had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful new lodge and couldn’t have been more pleased with every aspect. Staff communicated professionally and friendly throughout our reservation process and during our stay. While we were on site, the Owners and staff took time to converse with us daily and make sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. The property itself is beautiful from room design and furnishings to landscape design and common areas to gather. Very clean, secure, and great location for visiting local tourists attractions. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay at this new lodge. Attention to detail from construction to customer care is wonderful. This is a true gem!

Africa nature at it's best! Clean, easily accessible cottage. Very quiet, safe place to stay. Services were friendly, helpful and meals were delicious. Views of the bush with a pond! Sit on the front porch and see baboons, rhino, antelope, giraffe and Impala. What a treat! Will go back
