Location is beautiful.Easy car parking. Perfect countryside hideaway whilst also being so close to the town centre. Beds super comfy. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals and bathroom is basic but does the job. Lovely stay with my family. Friendly cat had breakfast with us which my kids loved. Loved the cottagey vibes of the place, would stay again!

Lovely property in a great location. Close to the city but with the feeling of being away from it all with countryside views. Owner kindly posted back an item of clothing one of our group left behind.

Loved all the facilities provided. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is well equipped. They also provide complimentary coffee and tea for our convenience. The availability or washing machine and dryer was a great help. Very suitable accomodation for families. There is also a bus that go to Bath city centre (around 20 minutes to 30 minutes journey time) just outside the property. Just check with Google Maps for the bus number. Driving to the city center just takes 10 minutes to 20 minutes depending on the traffic. 2 parking spaces are provided. Gyms, table tennis, and other facities works fine also.
