The park is clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The caravan was equipped with all you needed to cook meals for the duration of your stay. There was a full range of facilities on-site small pool, laundrette, and bar. A steam train passes throughout the day. Picnic benches overlooking Torbay. The bus stop is right outside the site. Good location to base for exploring Devon. I went when children were still at school, It was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely go again.

Where we stay was very homely, clean, had plenty of room and even things that you would take yourself was already there. On arrival there was a Easter pack and a bottle of white wine in the fridge.

Great facilities at the hotel, very clean and decor is of a high standard and quality. Breakfast area is lovely and airy with a good selection. Very much felt as if you were abroad. Very quiet hotel at night, no noise from outside or within the hotel so very good acoustics. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Cannot fault the hotel.

Location was great, nice green area for the dog and over the road to the beach, pier and harbour. Didn't venture to the town but I believe it had all you would want. Hosts kept us informed throughout the booking process and were very kind and friendly 😊
