Where we stay was very homely, clean, had plenty of room and even things that you would take yourself was already there. On arrival there was a Easter pack and a bottle of white wine in the fridge.

This was advertised as a "caravan" but is far from it! Exceptionally well equipped ans clean with easy access and beautiful ocean views. The owners of this little beauty should be very proud. We loved the place and fell it is great value. Compact 2 bed and 2 bathrooms/WC. Well equipped citchenvthat any house would be proud of. A nice little touch was the wime and nibbles left for us on arrival. The park backs on to the South Coast Path, which we used to walk into the beautiful little Port town of Brixhan.

The park is clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The caravan was equipped with all you needed to cook meals for the duration of your stay. There was a full range of facilities on-site small pool, laundrette, and bar. A steam train passes throughout the day. Picnic benches overlooking Torbay. The bus stop is right outside the site. Good location to base for exploring Devon. I went when children were still at school, It was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely go again.

Facilities for shower rooms etc were very clean in nearby guest services. 2 minutes from beach. Bed space roomy. All mod cons. Loved the lighting options, including some twinkly lights on deck. Perfect to enjoy a glass if wine and do some star gazing from.

Parking on site. Balcony to enjoy the sea view. The apartment was very clean on arrival. The rooms and apartments don't feel cramped and have sufficient facilities for a family of 3. Bonus of launderette facilities being available on site if needed.
