Shieldaig'de, Victoria Şelalesi'ne 46 km mesafede yer alan Beinn Shieldaig Yurt, klimalı konaklama birimleriyle hizmet vermektedir. Sheildag is a gem if a location. It is a long drive to Skye but we made it work. This was truly a unique stay. Loved building a fire and sleeping next to a field of sheep. Plus the glen water running stream is very calming. Just a cool place.

The hosts were exceptionally welcoming. They had some unexpected issues with the dome but were incredibly proactive with informing us and relocating us into different accommodation at no expense to ourselves. Very friendly hosts, immaculate accommodation, and a lovely setting for a getaway to Glasgow. 10/10 would recommend

One of the loveliest and most relaxing stays we have had on our year long world round trip! The hut is so cozy and you feel absolutely at peace and at one with nature sitting on the hammock out the back! Could not recommend higher!

Located in Kirkcudbright, The Kites Rest at Castle Creavie Farm has accommodation 45 km from Dumfries and County Golf Club. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. We spent a couple of nights staying in the Kite’s Rest… Absolutely great place to stay with great hosts who were extremely helpful and great to chat away to :-) The setting is perfect; quiet, great views and loads of space. We had glorious weather so made use of the BBQ and sat out on the decking area morning and night! We thoroughly enjoyed our time - Thanks!

Also, the host Kevin was excellent, extremely informative regarding the area and whatever we might need.
