We were completely satisfied with everything. The apartment is very well equipped. Quality cleaning products and cleanliness in the bathroom. Comfortable beds, spacious, large spaces. It's a quiet neighborhood, so we could relax until the afternoon bar visit. :)

We met Linda, one of the owners who was very friendly and chatted with us about the history of the area and house. We mixed up our stays with chain type motels/hotels and prefer the B&B type properties but if you want room service, swimming pools etc then this isn't for you but if you want charm, character and history then a big thumbs up for us.

We had waffles sausage and fruit on our first morning. The second morning we enjoyed farm fresh eggs toast and bacon. Our hosts were available to us for anything we needed. They carried our luggage upstairs to our room and then back to our car when we left.

This Tennessee hotel is 15 minutes’ drive from Smokey Mountain National Park. Berry Springs Lodge guests will enjoy a 3-course breakfast, on-site fishing, and hiking. We had to leave before breakfast but the hostess made us a to-go bag for the morning. Very considerate.
