Situated in Rivas and only 33 km from Christ of the Mercy Nicaragua, Hostal Brisas del Ometepe features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. This was living with a family in their home. They treated us like family and even took us on tour around the area and to the beach. They don't have a lot but offered us everything. Marta even washed our riding gear and coffee and food were constantly given to us. This is not a 5-star hotel but the experience was 10-star. It was tough to say goodbye the following day as it truly felt like we were leaving family. We took them out for supper and had a fabulous time. If you want to experience the true way of life staying with Max and Martha is a fantastic eye-opener and a wonderful experience you won't find anywhere else.

Situated 300 metres from San Juan del Sur Beach, 2.8 km from Nacascolo and 3.8 km from Christ of the Mercy Nicaragua, Tapihouse San Juan Del Sur features accommodation located in San Juan del Sur. Staff were wonderful, Rafa was very accomodating and the ladies who prepared breakfast (yum) were very friendly! Location was great, close to the main part of town (3-4 min walk) but not right in the hustle and bustle. Air conditioning in the rooms was great and a must, it is super hot in SJDS.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Casa La Aventura Guasacate - Popoyo is a recently renovated apartment situated in Popoyo, a few steps from Popoyo Beach. The place is a paradise, a beautiful accommodation, if you are lucky you will meet the owner who can explain to you how he got to build the space. The manager Gaby is so lovely and helpful. A great time, perfect spot to chill and relax.

Located in Popoyo, Mola Mola Surf Popoyo offers beachfront accommodation 70 metres from Popoyo Beach and features various facilities, such as a garden and a bar. it was super clean, the room was big and so was the bed. very functional and very cozy. Just what I was needing :) Also Rafa the owner showed me around which I appreciated a lot, and they helped me find a reasonably priced taxi !

Private, peaceful spot in Balgue, only a few steps away from the water’s edge. Loved waking up in the morning and being able to look straight out onto the lake. Would highly recommend this place!

Ananda Guest house is located on the slopes of the Maderas Volcano on Ometepe Island, 19 mi from the port of Moyogalpa. Beautiful location. Walking distance to main road with some nice restaurants within 30 mins. Information booklet in the room was helpful. Help to rent mopeds, organise transport, guides etc. The room was spacious, bed was really comfortable, hardly any creepy crawlies (this is a complaint from many of the eco lodges). Good wifi. 2 fans which was nice. Good shower pressure and temperature.

Casa Papaki is situated in Mérida and offers a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 4.7 km from Maderas Volcano. clean and quiet and good service
