Lovely setting in a beautiful homestay environment. It was very peaceful sitting in their beautiful garden, and the orchestra of frogs in the evening was a delight. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. Dimu and his wife were so genuine and lovely, and the curries were delicious. Dimu organised a safari tour with Sumudu as our guide. Sumudu's knowledge and respect for the animals was very much appreciated. We saw many wild elephants, Sambur deer (very rare), deer, wild boar, golden jackals, Buffalo, crocodiles, peacocks, monitor lizards, mongoose and many beautiful birds. One of the highlights of our trip! Thanks for an amazing stay, Dimu!

Located in Udawalawe, 17 km from Udawalawe National Park, White House Udawalawe offers accommodation with an infinity pool, free private parking, free bikes and a garden. My favorite stay in Sri Lanka. The property is beautiful, has lots or greenery and the room is comfy. The dinner was delicious and had lots of veggie options. Hosts took care of everything and were very kind people.

Featuring an infinity pool and views of pool, Share Safari Family Bungalow is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Udawalawe, 17 km from Udawalawe National Park. We had a great stay here and our hosts were excellent at making our stay as comfy as possible. The location is quiet and the garden has a “jungle” feel” . Our room had two large beds and a drying rack, mirror, and case rack. There were two good fans in the room and the large bathroom had a warm shower, although during the day there are regular power cuts so be prepared for a cold shower now and again! Everywhere was very clean and the mosquito nets were good to have as a back up to our mozzy spray.

Boasting garden views, Italiano Safari House provides accommodation with terrace, around 14 km from Udawalawe National Park. The AC worked great! There was a lovely pool and a yummy breakfast. The owner was super lovely and easily organized the safari for us. Can’t beat the price.

Located 17 km from Udawalawe National Park, Wild Eagle Safari Resort offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as an indoor pool and a garden. Gorgeous grounds, so peaceful, rooms are amazing, couldn’t believe the value for money. Best stay I’ve had travelling Sri Lanka

Janith was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay and is always readily available. He organized the most amazing safari for us and we had a really great time

Located 12 km from Udawalawe National Park, Mango Tree House provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. A continental breakfast is available daily at the guesthouse. We had an amazing stay at Mango Tree House. The house was cute and had an awesome outdoor shower. Sachith arranged an amazing safari at Udawalawe National Park and when we came back in the evening they had cooked a very good homemade dinner for us. Would totally recommend to book a night or two at this place if you’re in the area, you will not regret it!

Vam estar de passada, ja que baixavem cap al sud i ens va semblar un bon hotel per pasar-hi la nit. La banyera i la dutxa al pati està molt bé. L'habitació es àmplia i neta. El propietari ens va oferir de tot i molt amable. Es un bon lloc si es vol parar a fer un safari al parc nacional que hi ha al costat.
