Very well-maintained house with a spotlessly clean room and bathroom with A/C. The house is about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport so perfect location to arrive too late at night or to leave very early in the morning. Easy to get tuktuk/uber from the airport or you can organize with the owner to be picked up. The price includes breakfast which was extensive and DELISCIOUS!

Set in Katunayake, SEBASTIAN TRANSIT KATUNAYAKE is a recently renovated accommodation, 7.6 km from St Anthony's Church and 29 km from R Premadasa Stadium. It was a brilliant one night stay, close to the airport, self contained with loads of thoughtful accessories for any journey either prior to leaving or arriving. The road is a little busy, but there are some great lagoon restaurants a short distance away. Dillip met us and took us to the airport the next day, 10 minutes away. Communication s were great, especially finding the apartment.. narrow walkway to the right of St Mary's Pharmacy.. sat nav is very accurate. All in all a perfect 👌 stay and great service.

The Bamboo Tree Transit Hotel, a property with a garden, is located in Katunayake, 26 km from R Premadasa Stadium, 27 km from Khan Clock Tower, as well as 32 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station. We stayed at this hotel arriving with a late flight and at the end of our holiday before the flight back. It is very easy to reach from the airport. The hotel is nice and clean and the owners will help you with whatever you need! We can only recommend it.

This little gem ticked all the boxes for us. We received a friendly welcome when we arrived after a long flight. Our host was super accommodating and we were well looked after. We even decided to stay an extra night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we made good use of the pool. The location was nestled back from the main street making it a quiet retreat, yet the beach, shops, bars and restaurants were only short walk away. Breakfast was available with a generous serving. Would definitely recommend.
