They even came to help with our luggage when we were checking out. The host was so kind to answer all my questions in a timely manner and I would recommend this place to my friends and family! Martina at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. She always greets you with a smile and recommended great restaurants, activities to explore the town and helped us arrange a porter service to take our bags down to the port and straight to the ferry which was very convenient. It was a joyful stay.
