Lali Gurush Homestay was one of the best Holidays I ever had. The host family made us feel that we are at home only and prepared all the cuisines we requested for. Rooms were good and with a view and with all amenities. Mr Zigmee a gem of a person showed us around Oakhrey. His father mother brother ...each and everyone just so genuine and courteous...always helpful. In Okhrey Lali Gurush Homestay is the place to be, frankly...Kudos to the home family.

Set in Gangtok, Monratino Ridge View is a recently renovated accommodation, 1.9 km from Enchey Monastery and 2.3 km from Palzor Stadium. It was a great experience! The hosts were very kind and helpful. They made an effort to get to know me and provided me with all the amenities needed for a good experience. The breakfast, chai and food requested were always delicious! The property is 5 minute's walk from the heart of gangtok, but in such a quite area that you forget that you're in a center. A gem to find! Highly recommend it to everyone.

Offering a garden and mountain view, The Sherpa's Abode is set in Gangtok, 700 metres from Ganesh Tok View Point and 1.5 km from Enchey Monastery. Everything!! The Sherpa family are amazing, and the staff at the hotel go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Nima organised a local driver for 3 days who took us to markets, local sight seeing and all the way back to namchi/pelling. Our Gangtok trip wouldn’t have been so amazing/easy without their help. They even lent us jackets for Tsmogo Lake. Aunty’s cooking was so delicious that we ate at the home stay every night. Coming from Australia, we were a bit bewildered with how far apart towns and cities are and they explained and recommended how to do Sikkim after Gangtok. The view from the home stay is incredible, so glad we chose here at the top of the Gangtok hills for the views
