Our room was lovely with views of the garden and surrounding countryside. Beautiful bed linens, crisp new towels, everything was perfect! Add to this a host Manuel who is the kindest and most caring we have experienced in our travels. The breakfast reflects this with lots of homemade products to sample. We stayed an extra night and wished we could’ve stayed longer. We have promised to return and really hope we can.

The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and well stocked bathrooms. The two bedrooms were of good size, as were the 2 toilets. The water pressure was good. Excellent value for money. Very helpful hosts who were available on WhatsApp to assist throughout.

Having a self contained apartment was great especially having a washing machine and being located next to a laundromat meant we could dry our clothes in good time. The apartment is well appointed with everything we needed.

There is a kayak rental place in Las Rozas (K2) for going downriver. At the bus station you can take the bus to the two lakes higher up in the mountains for a nice walk.

Great location, very clean, warm and comfortable. I’ve stay in many apartments in Gijon, this one is by far the best. Juan was really helpful and responsive before my arrival. Highly recommend.
